Shipping Policy for LFT Wheels

At LFT Wheels, we strive to deliver your products as quickly and securely as possible. Below is our shipping policy, which outlines how we handle orders, shipping times, and fees.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping throughout Australia. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed.
  • Custom Orders: If you’ve placed a custom order, processing time may vary. You will be notified of the estimated processing time upon order confirmation.

3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We use reliable third-party carriers to ship your order. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors like weather or carrier delays.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery time is typically 3-7 business days within major cities. Regional areas may take slightly longer (up to 10 business days).
  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery. Express shipping typically arrives within 1-3 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping times may be affected by unforeseen events, including public holidays, peak seasons, or delays by third-party carriers.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address, weight, and size of your order. Shipping costs will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order. Free shipping may be available for certain promotions or order minimums; check the website for current offers.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your shipment. You can track your order’s progress online via the carrier’s website.

6. Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver all orders on time, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If there is an unexpected delay, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide an updated delivery estimate.

7. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g., incorrect address, failure to pick up from the carrier), we will contact you to arrange a re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipping undeliverable packages.

8. Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a valid street address for shipping.
  • We do not ship to remote or restricted areas as defined by the carrier.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund if necessary.

In the rare event that your order is lost in transit, please reach out to us immediately, and we will investigate the issue with the carrier.

10. Customer Responsibilities

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. LFT Wheels is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
