Returns Policy for LFT Wheels

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for wheels purchased directly from our website under the following conditions:
- Unused and Unmounted Products: The wheels must be in their original, unused, and unmounted condition. If the wheels have been mounted on a vehicle or show any signs of use, they are not eligible for return.
- Return Request Period: You can initiate a return request within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) must be provided to process your return.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Approval: We will review your request and provide you with further instructions. If your return is approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the wheels to us unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part.
3. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned wheels, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange your wheels for another product, we recommend initiating a return and placing a new order. Please note that exchange requests are subject to product availability.
4. Damaged or Faulty Products
If your wheels are received damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the issue. We will work to resolve the problem by either sending a replacement, offering a refund, or providing other suitable solutions at no extra cost to you.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom or special order wheels
- Wheels that have been mounted, used, or show signs of wear and tear
- Wheels that have been modified in any way
